We disclose personal information only to providers who process it on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What this covers
Personal information you send us through this website — the contact form and the project estimate forms — and the records of an engagement once one starts.
Personal information we process inside a client engagement is governed by the data protection agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page. Where that agreement names its own sub-processors, those names govern.

Cloud hosting and storage — runs the application and stores form submissions. Named on request.
Transactional email delivery — sends the notification when a form is submitted, and our reply. Named on request.
Website analytics — aggregate page and device measurement. Optional and off unless configured; see the next section.
Analytics, specifically
This site runs no analytics tag unless one is configured, and it is configured only in production.
Where Plausible Analytics is used, it sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers.
Where Google Analytics 4 is used, it runs with IP anonymization on and both advertising signals switched off, so it is not used to build an advertising audience.
Changes
We update this page when a provider changes. If you have a contract with us that requires notice of a sub-processor change, that notice period is in the contract and this page does not shorten it.
