Discovery is run by our architects. They read your code, trace your integrations and interview the people who get paged when the system breaks. You receive a written architecture assessment and a delivery plan whether or not you hire us for implementation.

Target architecture, migration sequence, risk register, cost model and a delivery plan with major milestones, in one document that your steering committee reviews and approves.

Build in production-shaped increments
